• We collect as little about you as possible. The website has no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
• If you message us, we use what you send only to reply and to do what you asked.
• If you appear in a CKP episode, we use your appearance only as agreed, and you can ask us to correct or review it.
• We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Who we are

Chinar Kay Pattay (CKP) is run by Dilawar Hussain from Islamabad and Parachinar, Pakistan. This policy covers this website, the CKP Podcast and videos, our YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages, and any CKP app that links to it. What we collect

• Website visits: our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser and page visited) to keep the site working and secure.
• Messages: your name, number or email and what you send us, used only to reply.
• Podcast guests: your voice, image and words, plus your name, role and contact details. Before recording we explain how the episode will be used, and you agree to take part.
• Filming in public: people may appear in the background of our videos. If you would like to be blurred or removed, tell us.
• CKP apps: each app lists anything extra it collects on its store page and in its own short notice.

Outside services

The website runs on a trusted hosting provider. Episode videos play from an outside video platform, which may set its own cookies when a video loads. Social and messaging apps are only contacted if you click a link to them. The website itself sets no cookies for visitors.

Who we share with

No one, except the services above to run CKP, when you have agreed (for example, publishing a guest episode), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it. Guests can ask us to correct a mistake or review their episode. Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject and we will reply within 30 days. Copies that other people have already downloaded or shared are outside our control.

Children

Our website and apps are not aimed at children under 13. We film children only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

The law and changes

We respect the right to privacy in Article 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. We will update this page when our practices or the law change. See also our Disclaimer.
